Unable to write frame to channel

i am using go autodial 30 user server configuration quad core processor 16 gb ram 500gb hdd sip calling international US Auto dialing

my server working 2-3 hours after that calling was stop automatically and get warning in my CLI app_meetme.c: Unable to write frame to channel Local/8600051@default last one week my dialer is not working properly i'll format and again re install everything but still getting same issue

Please help me for this

Hi,

Try to check on your on your carrier settings. Are you using a correct audio codec.

seems like you are overloading the server...

what is your server spec?
how many agents logs in?
what is the call ratio you are dialling in?

qouad core 2.6 / 16 gb ram / 500gb hdd

how many agents logs in?

30 agent

what is the call ratio you are dialling in?
call ratio 5-7

when i get this issue my auto dial was automatically stop and no live call waiting
