Problem with waiting message in the inbound compaign

i want to disable waiting message in incoming call in queue . I just want the music waiting . can you help me please to disable the message "No huge agent is available ....."

I don't know where I can deactivated this message !

Hi Mehdi,

This is a default sounds by asterisk sound files. What you can do is to replace the default sounds of the asterisk in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds over write the files with your choice but this will effect all your waiting sound setup in Goautodial/Vicidial.
