LiveChat (or web chat) and Instant Messaging

Hi All;

I read in vicidial forum that Goautodial has web chat client and ability to have instant messages handling by the agents. How can I get this?

I know it might be a third party product that is Integrated with Goautodial, but it is fine to use it if possible. So from where I can start? Any help?

Again, Anyone can advise how I can find the LiveChat or Web Chat project in the Goautodial? I heared there is a separated project for this in the goautodial .. any advise? PLzzzz.
