Issue with the locked admin

Hii,

One of my friends centre is using goautodial 2.1

His admin access is being blocked means he cant access "user" when he is clicking on "admin" or "agent001" it shows that we cant access

How to solve this problem???

Hi AKG,

Do you still have access to root on the server and mysql server? If yes all he need to do is to change the
password of the admin account on the Goautodial/Vicidial.
