Goautodial not hit calls

Dear Experts

i installed goautodial after i can't change any modifications in that ...
only upload leads in test campaign ..

please what is the process after installation i do and what is modification needed after installation .....we what autodial using goautodial.......

please help me

now i install goautodial after any modification in the application ...... bcz my goautodial not hit the calls ..please help ....

how to create outbound campaign... and how to create client login and phone id ...
how to create carrier .....actually we want autodialing using goautodial ..please forward these settings please forward it ..
