Call are not getting connected even after adding a SIP career on VICIDIAL 3 CE

The calls are not getting connected and even we are unable to make any manual calls so please help me with this issue asap.
And I have installed vicidial 3 CE recently .

can you post the asterisk CLI error
(for cli type asterisk -vvvr at linux console)

also post your carrier settings and dialplan entry and what number u r dialling
