Network Diagram for Domestic call center using PRI lines

Hello,

Can anyone provide me network diagram for domestic call center using PRI lines. Information required is, Hardware required, Network Diagram and how to configure.

It would be great if some one can help me.

Hi Abhishek,

The basic Diagram for PRI line is: YourTelecom > E1/T1CARD > YourServer
The hardware will be base on how many you want to run and use your server simultaneously for basic if you want to use for
8-20 person a quadcore processor and 4Gb memory and 300Gb hd is enough.

Hope the below picture will help you for setting Dialller with PRI line

1. you need a server with PCI or pci xpress slot to fix a Digium PRI cards
2. PRI card from Digium or sangoma...
( PRI card comes in SIngle port , dualport,4 port, 8 ports)
3. PRI line for any telco vedor
