Voicemail Setup in outbound

Hi,

I want to know that when customer may on-line then call directely land on logged in agent but when costoumer mobile/landlines is on voice mail I need to play predefine audio file for that particular time is it possible?

If yes then please guide me...

enable AMD in your campaign ,
and set AMD action to play a message

step 1 : put routing extension = 8369 in campaign
step 2 : AMD send to Action = Y
step 3 : Answering Machine Message: select you voice file ( upload the right formated voicefile to server)

while autodial dial, if the number is detected as voicemail or ivr AMD action takes places
