Big Probleme please help me

Hello to all my friends, we have a very rare problem, we even tried to format the server with goautodial 2.0, the same problem and still,
the problem is: when we making such call on Vicidial 3, with 3 agent, if 3 calls are activated only if an agent hangs up the call, all other calls are automatically hangs up, if someone can m help please and thank you
PS: I have not changed configuration ji added only one carrier on Vicidial
