How to Transfer a call to 3rd party

Hello,
Suppose A is an agent, B is the customer, and C is the Closer. We are a call center in India and have to transfer calls to closer in USA. Suppose my agent at end wants to transfer a call to USA CLOSER. how can it be done in goautodial? I used this (goautodial-ce-2.1-final.iso) to boot. Please Help me out with it at your earliest convenience with step by step instructions in details as i am a new bee :D.

On the agent screen you will see a Park Call and Transfer Button on the left part of the screen.
1st scenario: If you want the customer to be placed on hold before calling the Closer (C).
Step 1: Press the PARK CALL Button on the agent screen to put the customer (B) on hold. then customer can listen to a music while waiting to be connected to the Closer (C).
Step 2: Press TRANSFER button on the agent screen and enter the number of the Closer(C) on the space provided located at the bottom part of the screen (DIAL WITH CUSTOMER).
Step 3: Press again PARK CALL button to have the customer back on the line and have the 3 people on the line.
Step 4: Press LEAVE 3WAY located on the bottom part of the screen to release the call and have the Customer (B) and Closer (C) start with their conversation.
