To open CRM page for each call in the same window or same frame

Hi All;

I know that there is "Get Call Launch" that I can use it to open the CRM page each time the call is coming, but how I can open one Window (In other words, I do not need to open a new window for each call, so after some calls, a lot of windows will be openned at the agent machine)? How to acheive this? Is it using a frame? Or any other parameter that can help me?

By the way, why if I used "Start Call URL", it will not work with Manual method?

Please note that my question is including inbound and outbound (and not inbound only).
