[SOLVED!] Recording Calls

Hi There, I'm having issues with downloading the calls from the webpage?

when I click to download the call it successfully downloads but it sends me an empty recording "0kb"

I have look into the directory on the server and manually downloaded it from the server using WINSCP and the recordings are fine?

Try to run this command "yum update" then let me know.

Hi There I ran yum update but unfortunately still the same :(

You might need to edit /etc/httpd/conf.d/goautodial.conf and add your IP range to the allowed IP addresses. Restart or reload HTTPD afer editing.

Hi Demian

Thankyou so much for that advise, we use a different IP range than the standard 192.168 due to needing more that 255 IP's on our network, which was causing this
issue, it works perfectly now and I have you to thank for that.
