Please help now if possible this is urgent, calls are disconnected after 31 sec exactly and I am lost

I posted this on the other site, but it is more urgent now. I have already paid for 3 hours of tech and the problems keep coming. The dialer is working great here in the US, my agents can login from home with no issues. I have a couple new agents in Manila that are having the issues. When they log in using xlite4 among other softphone programs the log in is terminated exactly 31 secs each and every time on all systems, they have even tried logging in directly to the modem with no router, no firewall nothing and still 31 secs the softphone disconnects. They have gone off site to another IP and still the same issue. Could this be an international IP address thing? I was under the option that agents anywhere could log in and take calls as long as the service was good.

Can someone please help me understand this riddle?

Hi Jack,

Can you post the entire Asterisk CLI logs when the time the agents got disconnected.?

they did a test run today with iax zophier phone log in and they did not get kicked out. We will call tomorrow so I look forward to posting the result.

I do appreciate you helping, I really do not know what I am doing and have no idea where to get the CLI logs, I am a Windows desktop guy so I am learning.

Hi,

Your welcome you can check it if you login into the server command line interface and type.
asterisk rvvv <- this will get you into asterisk CLI >

Hi

my agent login also disconnects every now and then. Attach please find the carrier config screen shot...

Appreciate if you can tell me if my dialplan is correct as i m not able to register my extension also.
