Hello Ryan,

Thanks for your reply,

"Hi,

Try this command and let us know if it works for you.

/usr/sbin/ntpdate -u pool.ntp.org

Regards,
Ryan"

i tried that command and still i am not able to use my dialler, i am attaching again a screen shot here with this please have a look at the time diffrence, and suggest me how to fix that,

i have lots of call recordings in there and as well as few campaigns and lots of leads which i have uploaded ,

i was wondering if i get a second server ready on a desktop machine with goautodial v3 with latest updates, is there a way to migrate all those campaigns and leads and call recordings to the new server so that i can format the old hard drive and was planning on to install raid on the old server and then migrate back the data .

please suggest me if it is possible and how to do that.

regards
George

Hi George,

Yes it is possible, all you have to do is to backup your current database. then migrated is with v3.0.
If you are using v2.1 and you want to upgrade it into 3.0 follow this link http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/UpgradeCE21to30

Regarding on the time issue, What time you want to apply in your server?
in case you want to change your time you need to find what timezone( /usr/share/zoneinfo/) you want then execute.
ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/timzoneyouchoose /etc/localtime

Cheers
