time diffrence

Hello

Please help me to fix the time difference in the server please find the screen shot as attachment.

i am unable to use the server

i am using goautodial v3 with latest update.

Have you tried restarting your server?

Hello

I have resterted the server few times so far, still the time does not get back to normal

please tell me how to get back the time correct.

Hi,

Try this command and let us know if it works for you.

/usr/sbin/ntpdate -u pool.ntp.org

Hello Ryan,

Thanks for your reply, i tried that command and still i am not able to use my dialler, i am attaching again a screen shot here with this please have a look at the time diffrence, and suggest me how to fix that,

i have lots of call recordings in there and as well as few campaigns and lots of leads which i have uploaded ,

i was wondering if i get a second server ready on a desktop machine with goautodial v3 with latest updates, is there a way to migrate all those campaigns and leads and call recordings to the new server so that i can format the old hard drive and was planning on to install raid on the old server and then migrate back the data .

please suggest me if it is possible and how to do that.
