I have created a new phone id 8021 and try to log campaign with this phone id but it is giving me error message that your phone id and password is not active in the system. Any idea to solve this.

Hi,
Try to check the Agent Screen Login: setting on your extension. Make sure that it is the same with Phone Extension/Login.
