Help with call menu options Goautodial V3.0

Hi! Need help please on Goautodial V3.0

I set my inboud on the call menu option on keys 1, 2 and 3 so on 3 ingroup but when the caller presses keys 1, 2 or 3 nothing happens it is always the IVR which continues to read, the call does not transfer to the agent group. The server does not recognize the keys.

I recommend to use GOautodial Version 4.
