i m getting this error Your session has been disabled
any idea !!!!!!!!!!!!

When you have your "session has been disabled", try to resolve the the issue by typing asterisk -r and see the errors.

However, one of the major cause of this is the softphone. Please make sure your softphone is synch'ed with asterisk.

Try to check your phone login, phone pass, agent login, agent pass.

Did you change your IP address? if so, type 'update_server_ip' in your console after changing I.P.

can you provide the errors in your asterisk cli.

it donot show any think in the asterisk cli lead are there on the dial i have chk with phone setting also

have install the goautodial 2.0
have facing some problem like "Your session has been disabled"
agent are getting login but no ring
lead are there but in the hopper no lead
i have see in the asterisk cli but not error

can you provide your campaign settings->dial status.

check server ip address of the phones , conference , vicidial-conferences under admin.
after running the ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl .
it should be your actual server ip not the default ip(192.168.1.2) or the old server ip.

sync; echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
