My softphone don't ring

Hello everyone,

I installed GoAutodial V4 following the tutorial, I configured users and connected extensions to the softphone, but, when I log in as an agent the softphone don't ring when I select a campaign. I disabled WebRTC but nothing. Need help please.

Can you post your Asterisk logs upon login.
