agent name to appear in the report

how can I display the name of the agent in the report?
Now I get only SESSIONID | STATUS | MM: SS | CAMPAIGN | CALLS | HOLD | IN-GROUP

solved!
I put 0 in the Show Users-USERS-Realtime Block User Info administrator user
