DNC Numbers are not detected by the dialer

Agents puts DNC disposition but gets the call again..... and no option on the campaign for DNC List....
Do any one have faced such problems and did you solve it or do you have any idea how to do it...

Hi Ram,

You can resolve your issue by checking your DNC settings. https://YourServerIP/vicidial/admin.php navigate to Admin System statuses and check the DNC status if its tagged/set as DNC: Y
