how to register a Carrier without the username & password string

I have taken an IP from the VOIP provider, where they only give me the "voip_provider_ip" and allowed to call
but they didn't provide me the "username" and "password"
In that case, how do I register the SIP configuration??

Sample configurations are poste here: http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Carrier_Sample_Configuration.
For peer to peer connection or IP authentication just remove the Registration String: in ADMIN>Carrier.

thanks.
but if i removed the registration string.
i don't find anything while i write in the command line: "sip show registry"
there is nothing found.
and no calls both inbound and outbound occurs.

Please coordinate to your VOIP provider to check required settings or dial pattern to make calls.
