ERROR You are currently logged in on the dialer

Hello, I have the following problems:
- When logging in for the second time with an agent profile, it shows me the following error: "You are currently connected to the dialer" and it does not let me log out, if I use the option logger the advisor works but this option I can not use it every time that an agent disconnect, please wait for your prompt answers. Thank you.

hello,
your agents this bug properly clean of the system?
We noticed the same when the agents close the browser without this dislodging of the system

Still no solution for this till now? Other than restart the service?

Ensure that when agents log in, they wait for the voice prompt that says, “You are currently the only person in this conference” before proceeding.
