External AMD

Hello,

I'm trying to find how to use my provider's answering machine detection.

When a call is answered with voicemail detection, my provider returns a 603 Declined sip code.

Asterisk considers this SIP code as Busy/Congestion and calls are classified like "Busy" in my predective campaigns.

I would like to know how to change the mapping of 603 Declined in order to classify those calls as "Voicemail" in Goautodial.

Sorry, can't help much here. Those are handled by the Vicidial Perl scripts if I'm not mistaken. Try posting this in the Vicidial forums. Matt Florell might be able to help.
