how to start a inbound campaign

Hi,

I have been using goautodial-ce-2.1-final , i was suggested earlier on another post of my to do the upgrade which i have not done yet, am waiting for official release of final version, how ever one requirement has come for starting up a inbound campaign. i have never done that before, and would like some help, may i request you to let me know what i would require to setup a inbound here is what i have now .

1. internet line of 4mbps dedicated leased line.
2. SIP account for dialing outbound. and is configured as one of the carrier.

so please suggest me what more things should i have to get before i can start inbound, and what are the steps in configuring the inbound on to goautodial.

Upgrading to GOautodial 3.0 RC1b is highly recommended. You can easily update to the final version (no ETA yet) by running

#yum update

Setting up an inbound campaign is as easy as this: How to Setup and Inbound Campaign. Assuming you already have your carrier configured and have the DID/TFN ready.
