goautodial settings restore to default

Hello,

I'm using Goautodial 3.0 and every time I modify/update the campaign settings it always set to its default and the campaign status goes to inactive in some time or most of the time.

Sometimes I have to modify it twice or many times just to make it done, or sometimes I have to directly update to the database.
And it goes also to the ingroup settings too.
It seems that I cant make permanent changes to the settings and there could be a default settings where I could customize to apply my permanent changes.

Any ideas to help will be much appreciated.

Hi Benzki,

We don't recommend editing directly to the database you have to use the Graphical user interface in order to edit,delete and save your settings.
Have you install Goautodial 3.0 as is with default configuration? Is this a single server or multi server setup?
