error on ivr managment

When i am trying to upload any audio file i am getting the error " ERROR: sounds_list CENTRAL SOUND CONTROL IS NOT ACTIVE: |admin|0| "

And also i dont find the audio store in the admin menu.

can any one suggest.

Hi,

Good day! is your server Central Sound Control Active set to YES. You can set it at Admin "System Settings".
