answering machine detection problem

Hi,

I have been using goautodial-ce-2.1-final for quite some time without any problem until lately, i have observed that the my agents are being forwarded answering machine calls as-well which dialler should have blocked or terminated at the server end instead of throwing the same to agents. please tell me how to enable AMD for outbound campaign so that if dialler detects a answering machine then it should disconnect the call and go to next call.

We highly recommend upgrading to the latest version of GOautodial (v3.0 RC1b). You can easily enable answering machine detection in the campaign settings. You can check our HOWTOs in the Wiki section.

And just to manage your expectations, AMD is up to 70% accurate.
