SIP Phone wrong password

We are busy testing GoAutoDial, and have done a .iso install.

I have adjusted the SIP phone passwords, and confirmed it is updating sip-vicidial.conf and have adjusted the sip.conf to include sip-vicidial.conf.

I have configured Zoiper to use these details, and watching asterisk CLI I can see my registration hitting asterisk, but asterisk keeps complaining about wrong password.

I have attached screenshots of the config. Please let me know what else I can provide to receive help with this problem.

make sure the following line included in sip.conf
u might missed #

#include sip-vicidial.conf

Then in linux console type

/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_keepalive_ALL.pl

then go to asterisk cli ie: asterisk -vvvvr
then type 
sip show peers
make sure the sip peers should be listed

now register the phone and test
