True sounds during outbound and auto hangup!

Hi Guys,

I'm running the Goautodial 2.1 stable version. I'm dialing calls through SIP Trunks configured on the asterisk box from my Cisco IP phones. I use manual dialing option cause I really do not need the predictive dialing facilities also my agents do not login to the agent login panel.

My agents are a little confused!
They always hear the default ring sound even when the client is busy, how do I get my agents to hear to the actual sounds(ring, busy, caller tune & waiting tone) when dialing?

The box also dials the same number twice or trice till the client answers. Is there a way to set the default auto hangup time wile dialing a number(not when the call is established)?

It would also be very helpful if I can get a step by step description to set up SIP incoming calls. My provider sends my incoming calls to a sip account.

what diaplan you are using to dial?
