unable to find the time clock login

Hi,

i have upgraded the existing working goautodial 2.1 to 3.0 by following the instructions in the link.

but after upgrade is completed , i am unable to login to the agent , while selecting the campaign, it tells me to login to the time clock first and i dont know how to the time clock login screen.

and also while searching the recordings i am unable to play the files directly from the web browser, which i was able to do earlier before upgrade. no it only gives opton to download.

please help

Did you force enable timeclock login for your agent? We don't have the timeclock feature available yet. However, you can use the default Vicidial admin and agent interfaces.
