Hi, I installed goautodial in a vps server. During the agent log out a "no sessions available" error. How can I fix?

have you checked that server has captured your IP address properly? if not run IP update command from root. if its still not solved you can contact us on email : or skype : incorpus.support

Hi, I sent the command via root update_server_ip and updated everything correctly, and in fact I can also record the sip and ring. But when I log in as an agent, I always get the same "no available session" error. Any solution?

check that your your server is showing correct IP address under carriers and same has been propagated to other modules.
