live call barging/monitoring from a remote location via internet through public IP,

Hi,

I have a requirement of live call barging/monitoring from a remote location via internet through public IP, please suggest me how to go about accomplishing the same in goautodial-ce-2.1-final.

what configuration do i need to make in the goautodial server and what configuration i need to do at my PC/Laptop at remote end.

Hi George,

In order to accomplish this you need to make your Goautodial Server sip registration available in your remote PC/laptop via public IP or
port forwarding via NAT. All you have to do is to register one extension in your remote PC/Laptop with softphone and then follow this
