OUTBOUND DIAL ISSUE

Hi All,
I am trying to setup an outbound call with manual dial without any leads. But facing issue with outbound calls not going showing below error

When I dial 80XXXXXXXX number from Outbound Campaign below is the output

It is behaving differently Below is tha carrier and Campaign

Hi
the numbers which you are dialling is not matching your dialplan

as per your diaplan 3XXXXXXXXXX , any number starting with 3 and remaining 10 digit will be accepted

but the number which you are dialling ie: 3918008336186 319701540191 3917702112220 3917702112220
is above 11 digit

the problem is the country code added while dialling ie either 91 or 1
in campaign check for option omit phone code .
if you are not able tofind in goautodial admin page, login to the vicdial portal ie https://ip/vicidial/welcome.php
and go to campaign detail view and put Y for omit phone code
