Updating newly installed server " yum -y update " Not getting any update

Good Day,
I downloaded an ISO of Goautodial 3.3 and after the installation when i tried to update the server after fresh install using yum -y update the command is not going through. I want to know whats the issue. Why its not gettin update. Please help me on that, Thanks.
