In our goautodial, Does it take note 'customer feedback'.

I mean:

During agent call to customer. The customer give command to our service bad, good, requestion, or suggestion. Also we can see our customer command at reports.

This is my idea because when I call to customer, they are all ask my company to do something to us, so I have to take note all customer complain or advice to our service to my supervisor.

So our goautodial can do or not, if can please guide me to do it, if not please give your idea.
