Hello,

when we are accessing from different network the dialer is running but the any softphone i.e. zoiper ,eye beam, x-lite, is getting logged out and the even the dialer is getting logged out, please help me

Good day! Kindly check your softphone audio codecs settings. Try to add GSM, g711 alaw and ulaw, g729(optional).
