Hi Team,
Can you please check on this Bug. once you've disabled the webRTC on the GOwebRTC Dialer Settings. the phone login of the users should be editable and the admin account do not need to re-login.
Disable the webRTC.
Phone Login of the User is grayed out cannot be edited.
After the admin relog-in the Phone-Login is editable.

Made new api to check webrtc settings. made class to easily access said api. conditions are updated.
Ready for testing in our test server. Not yet in git repo.
