Hi Team,

Requesting to please enable a System Setting feature Allow Voicemail Greeting Chooser - If this setting is enabled it will allow you to choose an audio file to be played as the voicemail greeting to a specific voicemail box. Setting it to enable will show an option on the voicemail settings.

Hi sir Thom,

It didn't work. There should be a setting or option to enable Allow Voicemail Greeting Chooser on System Settings.

Hi Sir,

Added an option in the Admin Settings to enable and disable the voicemail greeting chooser. If it is set to disabled it won't display the chooser at the voicemail settings. Please test this on my Test VM.

Hi Thom,

Based on our test some data s are not saving;

1. In Adminstration>Settings> Voicemail Greeting (Database field allow_voicemail_greeting in system_settings table is not saving)

MariaDB [asteriskdb]> select allow_voicemail_greeting, active_voicemail_server from system_settings;
