Cannot Upload leads with phone numbers having more than 10 numbers

Description
Dear support,
Could you please tell me how can i upload leads with phone numberes more that 10 characters in goautodial?
Each time i try to upload leads it gives me an error bad phone and 0 uploaded leads.

I tried to apply the patch but am getting an error below.

- File go_list_new.patch go_list_new.patch added
If you are using 3.0
follow this steps:
1.) run this command to your server - yum update
2.) download and apply the patch "go_list_new.patch"

Good day! I made some test and verified that phone numbers having more/less than 10 digits can be uploaded. I attached the uploaded exported lead file for your reference.
