          SHOW "Sign-up Now!"

          info tooltip: Sign-up now for JustGoVoIP account (GoAutoDial VOIP services and termination) @ http://justgovoip.com. 
          BOLD, CENTERED AND MIDDLE POSITION

1.1.2.    IF JUSTGOVOIP ACCOUNT IS EXISTING BUT DISABLED
          in the carrier table;
          field name (active);

          SHOW "Enable and use your existing JustGoVoIP account(s) found in your carrier entries."
