Hello,

I am new here, i have changed the admin level to 1 by mistake and i am not able to login now. How to change it back to 9?

1-you open on navigator X.Y.Z.T/phpmyadmin (X.Y.Z.T the ip adress of he server)
2-on the left choose vicidial
3- choose the table called vicidial_users
4-now you can see all records on the table , go to the admin line and click modify
5- change level from 1 to 9 and save
