Tansfers of call to 3rd Party
When we place the customer on hold and try to transfer this does not work unless we conf with customer. Please advise a way to place a customer on hold then call a 3rd party company and then transfer over the call
- Assignee set to Asief Abubakir
On live call click Transfer button and then click the park customer dial to hold the customer before you do a 3 way transfer.
- Status changed from New to Rejected
