Hi goautodial technicians,

Am facing a big problem with reports in agent time detail it shows correctly in crm but when we download it i excel the minutes is changing it's position to hours and seconds is taking minutes position can any one help me with this problem will be highly appreciated..

i have installed goautodial-ce-2.0-final my system configuration is core 2 duo with 4 Gb ram

VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015

i have uploaded the image file what i see in crm and even i have attached the downloaded excel file please check it and please help me with this..

That is not a valid bug. That's the auto-format feature of MS Excel. Open it with a text editor and the format of the data is unchanged.

you mean that particular report cannot be viewed correctly in excel, it can ve viewed only in excel

please see the crm report and check with excel also and please tell me how to format in excel it is making our manual work a lot please help me with this

It can probably. You might just need to disable the auto-formatting of Excel. I don't know how to do it since I don't use Excel. Try Google. ;)
