hello

i have created servey campaign with loaded lead

servey campaign working fine if press 1 then connect to agent but i need if agent not available then customer press 1 then it's playing all files what i have setup optout files and busy file also played but after that call droped in 5 second around

as i am agent i call to customer then i do press pause button then customer press1 and getting busy agent something and call drop but i want to call always keep live until next agent available

is it possible in servey campaign ? or ingroup campaign i must create ?

anyone can help plz ? or guide
