I am using Goautodial version any.. I need to transfer call from ane agent to another. I was succeed to do this but there is a problem. When call is transfer to another agent he is unable to see the information of Customer. I need call transfer with Customer Informtion. Please tell me it is possible or not ?? if yes how..?
