hi,
I am new to goautodial. I have installed GOAUTODIAL CE 2.1. The manual dial works after updating the fix. But when I am trying to use RATIO/PREDICTIVE dialing, it seems that calls are made but its not getting connected to my agents. On agent page it shows calls are in Que but agents can't get it. Hence the call gets dropped.

Note:
The server is on public ip. Its directly connected to internet.
No extra software is installed other than GOAUTODIAL CE 2.1.
