Description

I have a problem when the agent presses the "Hungup customer" button, the softphone is disconnected simultaneously.

I use Goautodial CE 3.3 and sopthone: X-lite 4.7.1 74247. I also tested with Zoiper but it's the same thing.

Could you help me please!
