Would like to know the minimum requirements for installing ce 2.1

Also if someone could let me know if the downloaded dialer which is in ISO format needs to burned to a CD/DVD in ISO format?

As I have already tried to burn after extracting ISO file with Magic ISO, and when burnt to CD it does not boot even the machine even after changing boot sequence.

Hi Nilesh,

you need to burn cd/dvd in iso format. don't extract it otherwise your cd/dvd doesn't boot. you can burn your cd through ultraiso software.

The Minimum requirement depends on the server configuration , lets assume you are installing for 10 agents then a dual machine would be just fine . Try to use MSI or intel mother boards as much as you can , i have found them much more helpfull while installing , rest of the h/w can remain the same .

With regards to to burning the iso , i personally burn it on a dvd using windows xp burner .
Try it once again and still if its not booting up then change the motherboard . It might have linux incompability issues .

I might be wrong as well , as i can go check it out personsonally .

I went through some of this before (and it is not written anywhere on the site or forums). You might need to burn Goautodial to a larger CDR ie larger than 700 MB.

With the greatest respect guys (as a self-taught VOIP guy) it would seriously help if people stopped talking code and put down some simple instructions such as 'burn to a non-standard larger CDR of 750 or 800 MB'. It saves so much time and making things complicated does not make you smarter but the opposite.

Hi Guys,

I am here to informing you all about goautodial users, that some fraudulent activity against go auto dial. There is a person Nilesh Kenge, he had contacted me 3 month ago on skype and asked me the configuration about goauto dialer price quotation. And then he taken my name and no. and now he is using my name and no. to cheat with people. He cheated with 2 peoples and used my name and no. And he asks around 25000-35000 for per configuration. now they guys are calling me and asking about Nilesh Kenge and his contact no.
