GOautodial Open Source Omni-channel Contact Center Suite

Hi,

I have installed Goautodial 3.3 everything working fine except Limesurvey.

i created script with 7 question and when calls popup to agent screen its dosen't show the lead data into iframe.

Please help to resolve the issue
Some time it shows data but when i add some fields and activate again survey it dosent show anything inthe field.
